1 Year Warranty

Every QUICKPLAY product comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty as standard,
subject to our Warranty Terms & Conditions. No registration is
required — please retain your proof of purchase in case you need to make
a claim.

Where you bought it matters

Our warranty applies to products purchased directly from QUICKPLAY or from an approved stockist:

Amazon fulfilled by Quickplay - Argos - Costco - Ebay (sold by QUICKPLAY) - Newitts - QUICKPLAY EU - QUICKPLAY UK - QUICKPLAY US - Target

Warranty cover is not available for
products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including marketplace
sellers other than QUICKPLAY.

If you're unsure whether a retailer is approved, contact us before
purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights against the
seller.

Extend to 2 Years, Free

Subscribe to our mailing list to extend the standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty to 2 years on eligible purchases while you remain subscribed.

The extension is subject to the same terms, conditions and exclusions as the standard warranty.
Warranty periods of less than one year, including the 90-day cover
applicable to certain parts and materials, are not extended.

Please note:
Subscription confirmation activates the warranty extension but does not
confirm the eligibility of a purchase or claim. All claims remain
subject to validation in accordance with our Warranty Terms &
Conditions, including proof of purchase and purchase from an approved
retailer.

If you unsubscribe, your cover returns to the standard
warranty period. Resubscribing restores the extension, subject to our
Warranty Terms & Conditions.
